Where does Cleo&Hooman ship?
We currently offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship outside these regions at this time.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Please note, this does not apply to orders shipping to Canada.
What are the shipping options in the United States?
For U.S. orders, we provide standard shipping, which delivers orders within 2-5 business days.
What about shipping to Canada?
Orders to Canada generally arrive within 3-4 business days after dispatch. Be aware of potential customs processing delays.

What is Cleo&Hooman's return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you or your pet are not completely happy with your Cleo&Hooman purchase, please contact us at Hello@cleoandhooman.com within 14 days of purchase. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. You’ll receive a full refund for your order, excluding shipping fees, as these are non-refundable.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
We understand that returns can be a hassle, but please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of returning items will be your responsibility.
How does the exchange process work?
