Apparel & Accessories
We offer 30-day returns on domestic apparel orders. You can choose free store credit, or receive a refund to your original payment method minus a $6 return shipping fee.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. Please keep your underwear on when first trying on bottoms—we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.
Pet Care Products
For the safety and hygiene of all pups, pet care products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are completely unopened and in their original packaging.
