When Louie’s Frenchie, Cleo, started struggling with stubborn skin issues, he did what every devoted dog parent does: he tried everything. Nothing felt gentle enough, effective enough, or made with dogs like her truly in mind. That’s when Cleo stopped being “just a pet” and became the reason to build something better.

What began as a search for one Frenchie’s perfect skincare routine turned into Cleo&Hooman – a brand created to care for sensitive pups and the humans who love them. Every formula, texture, and tiny detail started with a single question: “Would I feel good using this on Cleo?” If the answer wasn’t a full-body yes, it didn’t make the cut.

As more dogs joined the Cleo&Hooman community, we realized something important: caring for our pets doesn’t stop at the bath. It’s the towels you reach for, the things you pack for a weekend away, the pieces that live by the door, the cozy things on the couch, and the little rituals you share every day. So we started designing for all of it.

Today, Cleo&Hooman is evolving into a modern pet lifestyle brand. Our roots are still skin-first and vet-informed, but our branches reach into the full rhythm of life with dogs – from “spaw” moments to daily walks, from home essentials to matchy-matchy pieces that make you smile every time you put them on. Same care, same standards. Just more ways to live well together.

We’re more than founders; we’re fellow hoomans trying to do right by our animals. We obsess over comfort, function, and style so you can simply enjoy the good stuff: clean snuggles, happy skin, soft towels, long walks, and a home that feels like it was designed for both of you.
